Kaged Kombat MMA Fights

We will be having a few fighters competing this Saturday March 31st in the Kaged Kombat Mixed Martial Arts event in Bennington, VT.
Tickets are $40, and available at the door, and fights start at 6PM! If you're in the Albany area it's roughly under an hours drive.

Tang Muay Thai has now teamed up with Bruno Tostes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! Come visit our new location in Latham! We will be offering the highest level of MMA training in the Capital District, where students will be able to train Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Authentic Muay Thai, and Boxing under the same roof!

We are offering Beginner Muay Thai kickboxing classes every Tuesday & Thursday 6:15-7:15 PM! This class is open to both men & women, no Martial Arts experience is necessary! Muay Thai Kickboxing is a great way to lose weight, relieve stress, and a very effective form of self-defense.
